The registration system online of the Central Register of Cartography (RCC acronym in Spanish) is designed specifically for the registration of cartography: cartographic series and/or maps or other cartographic documents within a series. In adition, it can be done queries on the registered cartography.

The registration process of cartography is governed by the provisions of the Royal Decree 1545/2007, of November 23th, which is regulated the National Cartographic System (Chapter IV about the Central Register of Cartography).

The relevant forms are shown to be filled out. Its structure and content are equivalent to those specified in the Central Register of Cartography Registration Form, passed at the Ministerial Order of march 6th , 1996 (BOE of march 15th).

When selecting the option Register Online will be connected with to the electronic site of the Development’s Ministry. In order to access o the register it needs to have an electronic identified national card (DNI acronym in Spanish). Pressing in the right superior part of the electronic site, in the “Starting the process”, it selects access to the application. This will allow to access at the registry card. Once filled it press “sign and send”, receive the document and the print version of the registry card. This way the registry processing finalizes. Afterwards the staff of the Central Registry of Mapping the National Geographic Institute will contact with you.
